I've been shooting film lately and having a good time. I'm trying to limit myself to just a 35mm lens for now and use shooting film as an incentive to learn that focal length but I'm finding that I end up cropping in post a bit anyway. But at least I'm cropping from 35 to roughly 50 so that's progress!
I know that, in the end, I'm going to end up learning how to develop and scan at home once I have the space to do it. Hopefully that'll take away some of the pain of waiting for the lab/etc.
