I'm not very happy with the way my first few rolls of E100 came out.

A lot of the shots were a bit overexposed, maybe 2/3 of a stop. The highlights are just a bit too blown out. I'm going to shoot future rolls as if it's 160 speed instead of 100.

The lab's scans were, frankly, terrible. The slight overexposure was made way worse in the scans even though the situation wasn't as bad on the actual slides. And the scans they delivered were the previews. Useful for negatives, pointless for positives.

1 and 2 forced me to put together a janky home-scan setup sandwiching the film between two pieces of glass and lighting with my tablet. The results came out better than expected but still not great (newton's rings being a problem that got handwaved away by downsampling)
Below are my two favourites from the three rolls I shot. I think there are a few more shots that have a better chance with a proper scanner so I'll have to take another stab in the future.
