I'm making a point to document Summer this year in an effort to push myself out of the AC and into the sun.
I like the geometry of this shot but I think it's lacking a bit of dynamism. I like the river being neatly split from the sunbather by the path, I like that the image is predominantly two hues, and I like that the sunbather draws focus by breaking that up a bit. But I would've loved a balancing element somewhere in the water to contrast against the person - maybe something very serious to bounce off the very relaxed vibe in the water. If I had something like that, I would've tried to frame the image in a way that's reminiscent of the yinyang symbol.
